Richard Post, PhD, CPP

Richard Post served as Managing Director of an international consulting firm in Hong Kong and previously Director of Human Resources and Corporate Security for Primerica (now Citibank) and Director of Security and Political Risk for the BF Goodrich Company. He was Chairman of Criminal Justice Studies at the University of Wisconsin and has served with the U.S. Army and as a career Clandestine Services officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.
Post attended Michigan State University and received a B.S. and a M.S. degree; completed the Executive Development Program at Cornell University and earned a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He served as a Chapter Chairman for two Chapters of The American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and was a member of the Professional Certification Board, and a National Vice President and Director of ASIS. He is the author of 12 security textbooks and numerous articles. He also completed two business books for the Economist: Strategic Design for Asia Pacific Business and Cost Effective Operations for Asia Pacific Business. Post co-authored (with his wife Penelope) Global Brand Integrity Management published by McGraw-Hill.
Post continues to provide consulting services and is currently President of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AZ).
