Randy Arnt served as the Executive Director of Global Security for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He was located at the company’s World Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas. Arnt joined the company in 1992, having previously served as the Director of Security for Whirlpool Corporation, the appliance manufacturer headquartered in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and as Security Director for Greyhound/Dial Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona. Arnt began his corporate security career as a security representative for Standard Oil of Indiana at the company’s headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, in 1981.
Prior to his security career in the private sector, Arnt spent 11 years in law enforcement in Berrien County, Michigan, first as a deputy sheriff, then as a narcotics undercover investigator, and finally as chief investigator for the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office in St. Joseph, Michigan. Arnt’s duties while serving the prosecutor’s office primarily focused on white-collar crime investigations.
His responsibilities while at Kimberly-Clark include brand protection, supply chain security, asset protection, litigation support and all other security-related activities worldwide. The Global Security Department had 16 employees in offices in Reigate, England; Roswell, Georgia; Neenah, Wisconsin; and Dallas, Texas. The company had over 60,000 employees worldwide.
