Description:McNeil Healthcare, LLC, a
member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is
recruiting a Security Manager for the facility located in Las
Piedras, Puerto Rico. McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of
McNeil-PPC, Inc., markets a broad range of over-the-counter
products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products,
ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® allergy medicines, IMODIUM®
A-D, MOTRIN® IB, PediaCare® upper respiratory medicines
for infants and children, ROLAIDS® antacid products, ST.
JOSEPH® Adult Regimen Aspirin, and SUDAFED® nasal
decongestants.
The Security Manager is responsible for support
the execution of the security strategy in alignment with the
Country Security Operations Guidance, oversees and directs the
security, assets and personal protection activities within McNeil
Healthcare LLC in Las Piedras manufacturing site.
Develop
programs and deploy activities to assure security of products,
company property, response to incidents, and limit exposure to
liability; creating secure working conditions for all associates.
Support the implementation of regulatory programs and
requirements within the operation by providing suitable security
services.
Develops and recommends the implementation of
policies, procedures, processes and systems to enable the full
implementation of the security program within the site and
accomplishment of the function mission and objectives.
Provide
support that guarantees a safe environment to ensure the reduced
risk and provide opportunities for developing and growth of the
business.
Identify "Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and
Threats" within the site, that allow the Security Manager to
develop and implement security programs that contribute to
mitigate risks. Manages the systems to insure effective access
control by means of card access system, closed-circuit television
& alarm systems, and other appropriated types of electronic
security systems.
Provide evaluated security information to the
Site Leadership Team that contributes to reaching the business
goals for the Company.
Support the Country Security Director
to keep proper evaluation and selection process for guard
services that allows the Company to have the best security
providers, through a continued monitoring of services.
Apply
the Credo Philosophy in all security-related activities.
Participate annually in the Organization Improvement meeting.
Participate in the site BCP implementation and support the
Crisis Management Team in the coordination of training for
managing and evaluation of crisis (BCP table top exercises,
etc.), work closely with the Country Security Director during
emergencies and communicate across local affiliates during
actual events.
Investigate and apply new methods, technologies
and techniques to assure all security services are provided in an
efficient manner.
Keep permanent contact with local law
enforcement agencies and external security committees.
Execute security surveys/audits within the site to insure the full
alignment with the security program mission and carry out the
implementation of corrective actions to supply such purposes.
Maintain a liaison with local law enforcement authorities and
other JNJ security colleagues on matters pertaining to Security
and loss prevention. Maintain awareness of trends, state-of-theart
equipment, techniques, methods and risks affecting industrial
Security.
Support Supply Chain site business partners and the
Country Security Director in the transportation distribution and
storage of J&J products and raw materials to ensure the J&J
minimum security standards are implemented.
Responsible to
present the Annual Security Plan in alignment with the Country
Security Objectives.
Develops and maintains a Security culture
among the employees and contractors.
Keep management,
employees and contractors informed on the security conditions
and trends country wise.
Collaborates with Site Leadership
Team to facilitate the security program goal attainment while
supporting the business objectives of the site.
Develop and
conclude investigations related to thefts, suspicious
counterfeited or diverted products, following Global Security
and/or Country Security guidance and making the registration of
the incident in the Perspective database.
Direct all activities to
assure flawless compliance with the Food & Drug
Administration (FDA) and Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA) security requirements within the site.
All McNeil

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree is
required. Business Administration, Forensic Sciences or related
field; Military or Law Enforcement is a plus. Studies at a
graduate level in Security Management, is preferred.
Must have
at least seven (7) years of broad experience in the industrial,
commercial or private security field, three (3) of them at
Security Management level.
ASIS Member, CPP - PSP
certifications, is a plus. Commercial areas knowledge, Security
Corporate processes knowledge, Military
Intelligence/Investigations, Legal Security Services Regulations
is required.
Organizational Behavior knowledge and Personnel
Administration preferred.
Must be fully bilingual
(English/Spanish-oral and written) with excellent
Communication skills.
Available to work extended hours and
travel up to 10% of the time in and outside of Puerto Rico.
Must
be available to provide on call support after working hours.
Valid Puerto Rico driver's license and clean driving record is
required.
