Director Corporate Fraud, Security & Safety
Responsible for the
organization's entire fraud detection, credit and investigation
teams including security, both physical and digital. This position
will develop and implement strategies aimed at mitigating
physical and financial risk thus safeguarding HSN, people,
business and assets, all in line with the company culture.

Key Responsibilities: Qualifications:
*Responsible for end to end
ownership of fraud â€“ both strategically and operationally for
$2.2 Billion annual sales derived from all HSN sales channels.
*Develop and enforce fraud and credit strategies, including
credit model development and measurement related to HSNâ€™s
Flex Pay program. The successful candidate will maintain the

*Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Law Enforcement, public
safety or police science
*7-10 years of fraud management and
credit experience in multi-channel or complex business models
*7-10 years of business experience in security and safety field
*Any combination of formal education, training and/or
experience equivalent to the desired qualifications.
