Establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the IT department. Determines the long-term systems needs and hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish the GRDA’s business objectives. Provide leadership and direction to IT supervision and staff.Qualifications:
Monitors and provides support to the overall development and execution of IT and cyber security projects to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, and effectively communicates project status.
Oversees the development of enterprise systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communication, and interconnection of network information systems to ensure optimal performance, availability and resiliency.
Develops and executes a plan to consistently improve IT services delivery, utilizing ITIL principles and practices, to maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsible for cyber security and ensuring compliance with the NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards.
Interacts with managers throughout GRDA to solicit input, provide information, technical analyses, business advice and process design and improvement.
Build and maintain an IT culture that provides seamless customer service and communications between IT departments and throughout the GRDA.

Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.How to Apply:
Ten years progressively responsible experience in a wide variety of technology areas with a solid background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation including experience with ERP system implementation.
Thorough knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or other related field.
