Cyber Security & Networks (CS&N)– CS&N LATAM Head

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage / oversee the LATAM operations team for CS&N, who provide services globally as part of the follow-the-sun support model. Cyber Security is comprised of over 105 distinct technology products and a multitude of highly skilled services such as Vulnerability Assessment (Ethical Hacking) and our state of the art Security Operations Center. Networks is responsible for level 2 and 3 support globally for the world’s largest private network which includes a multitude of technologies and highly skilled troubleshooting expertise working in tight coordination with our Global Command Centers. This role also includes oversight responsibility of Citi’s LATAM Network and Security Build / Solutioning.

This leadership role within CS&N is responsible for ensuring all business needs in LATAM are adequately met by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors, while having a deep understanding of the services offered and the capabilities of our global organization. The candidate is required to handle very complex high pressure situations by leveraging strong communication skills and establish themselves as trusted entity among senior management.

•Min Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems (or equivalent), Master’s degree a plus

•Experience in a Business Analysis, Technology Operations, Client Management and/or Project Management role is required.

•Advanced knowledge of IT service management concepts and business acumen.

•Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a large IT environment in support of IT Service and Business processes, with proven track record of driving large-scale changes.

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading large global teams or responsibility for Global Governance programs, with proven ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.

•Minimum 5 years’ experience managing relationships with suppliers through any lifecycle of asset management.

•Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office products or similar data analytics tools.

•Experience visualizing, creating and maintaining metrics to help senior level management make informed business decisions.

•Expert level consulting skills to include relationship management, customer satisfaction, building business cases, and facilitation.

•Relevant industry-standard certifications in service management or risk management frameworks are preferred.
