The Center for Global Risk and Security (CGRS) explores systemic risks to and trends in future security impacting individuals, communities, nations, and the world at large. The Director of the Center for Global Risk and Security plays a leadership role coordinating donor-funded research activities focusing on cross-cutting and forward-looking security research and participates in business development efforts on behalf of other RAND social and economic policy divisions, and the National Security Research Division. The Director works with RAND's Development Office to build and maintain the CGRS Advisory Board and will actively participate in the capital campaign to raise large gifts for the Center and for RAND. The Director of CGRS reports to the Director, International Programs.
