Senior Director, Corporate Physical Security

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Physical Security, Senior Director of Physical Security Operations will be responsible for multiple areas of physical security operations including the an enterprise security awareness and training program, physical security investigations management and the physical security compliance program. Additionally, the Senior Director will be responsible for developing an operational security program which encompasses threat management, special events and operational security.


  • Manage daily physical security operations throughout the north west regions; work closely with regional physical security leaders to ensure adherence to policies, standards and guidelines developed by Corporate Physical Security leadership
  • Manage the physical security investigations program; design and implement enhancements to the existing system and reporting structure; manage daily case review and progress with regional leaders to ensure timely and comprehensive reporting
  • Develop and implement reporting standards and metrics to manage and measure functional effectiveness of the Corporate Physical Security program

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional communication skills and a high level of executive presence. This role requires Comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system to include federal, state and local criminal statutes and the candidate must have extensive experience managing complex investigations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Twenty years law enforcement experience to include leadership positions; corporate security experience preferred but not required
  • Extensive experience with progressive security risk management processes and techniques related to physical security, investigations, threat assessment and mitigation
  • Understanding of the complexities of software and networking; how the systems work together
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously to completion
  • Ability to read and write in English and use mathematic skills accurately to complete daily paperwork Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of incident reporting and case management
  • Knowledge and experience with evidence handling and case building for prosecution
  • Experience and/or training in interview/interrogation techniques
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
