Division Director of Program Operations/Security
This position is primarily responsible for the daily operations and security of the facility including: general operations, security, maintenance and dietary departments. The position is responsible for the daily census and movement of all residents. This position is also responsible for the development and management of program functions such as building and grounds, health and safety standards, Licensing and Inspections regulations. This position is also responsible for the supervision of operations, security maintenance and kitchen staff.Qualifications:
Duties may include, but are not limited to: maintain security of building/grounds, assigning supervision of properties, maintenance and safety, responsible for the Health & safety activities, prompting appropriate guidelines for facility operations, responsible for Material Safety Data Sheets, booklet, updating and distribution to all departments/facilities, coordinating special projects that include procurement of supplies and distribution to residents, supervising, evaluating and training operations staff, ensure adequate staffing of residential aides in the facility, overseeing an adequate level of staffing coverage, design procedures for quality control within each respective program, negotiate/maintain positive relations with current and potential suppliers, and outside community, train, supervise, and evaluate professional support staff in developing and implementing services to conform to Department of Corrections, and the internal service standards for Gaudenzia DRC.
