This role is to operate and grow Blue Team Alpha’s business, with support from Manage Infinity’s shared resources. Manage Infinity provides administrative support, marketing, legal, and human resources to Blue Team Alpha’s leadership and staff. Blue Team Alpha’s leadership is expected to operate the business autonomously.

Job Purpose:

The CISO is responsible for the overall technical operations of Blue Team Alpha. The CISO is tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with the board and other executives to establish short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies. This individual is responsible for presiding over the technical workforce and they will manage budgets and allocate resources. The CISO will encourage business investment from the community and act as the public face of the company. In addition, the person in the role of CISO must have an entrepreneurial mindset and adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace. This role is to lead and grow both Account Management and Technical teams, as well as assist in sales, seek out and participate in speaking engagements, contribute to determining product positioning, lead and participate in Incident Response engagements, complete Forensics Investigations, and own the customer’s experience.


  • Oversee budgets and staff in the organization • Work with board members to plan and implement a short-, mid-, and long-term strategy for the company
  • Meet with board members and other executives to assess the direction of the company and ensure it is in line with the company’s stated mission
  • Encourage business investment, act as a visionary, and provide leadership for the company

    • Previous Experience in CISO, CIO, or CTO role is required
    • Prior DoD and/or Defense Contractor experience a plus 3 years of Forensic Investigation experience or Incident Response experience
    • Innovative, with a vision of the future of the company that they can plan, strategize, and execute
    • Superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients, executives, and frontline employees
    • Financial and operational knowledge, as well as knowledge of regulations, policy, and procedures that affect the company
    • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
    • Have a high level of emotional intelligence • Strong public speaking skills
    • Must be excited to engage with prospects to aid in business development
