Critical Incident Decision Matrix

Return to Program Best Practices
Often, the volume of information in the early stages of an incident presents a challenge to clear decision making.

This matrix can serve as a visual resource to assist in outlining and prioritizing group decisions that the Incident Management Teams will need to make.

It may serve as either a flip chart or a pin-up to communicate visual information during incident management meeting.
