New Series Explores Security Leadership Success Factors

September 24, 2019–The Security Executive Council is launching a new online series: Key Security Success Factors I Wish I Had Known.

This free series explores factors that influence success in security leadership, drawing on the experience of current and former security executives, backed by research findings from the SEC’s Security Leadership Research Institute.

The first 30-minute online conversation, with SEC Managing Director Bob Hayes, focuses on leaders who are new to a security leadership role or who are changing responsibilities. Hayes will share six key success factors he wishes he had known before starting a new role.

This conversation is provided by the SEC's Security Leadership Research Institute free of charge to the first 200 respondents. Attendees will receive a free e-book, The 9 Practices of Successful Security Leaders.
